VIP Teachers, Very Inspiring Piano Teachers, are teachers of piano who have partnered with The Piano Shop to keep their pianos in the best condition possible by having them tuned regularly. This commitment ensures that their students will be able to clearly hear the correct tones and harmonies during their lessons. In addition, VIP Teachers have unique access to our sheet music service. This allows teachers to provide students with the latest and most creative teaching solutions available so that students can have fun while learning the proper skills for a lifetime of participation and enjoyment of music.

A student once said to me, “piano lets me show my emotions, but in music.” Lessons also promote self-sufficiency, poise, and confidence. I urge students to critique themselves honestly, acknowledge the things they do well, and push themselves. From their first lesson, students develop opinions, make informed choices, and voice questions they have in a safe place.
